Did not live up to expectations. Originally booked a morning tour but it was later in the day when I booked and the morning slots had been filled so they had to switch me to the afternoon. Ok, no worries. Driver was about 10-15 mins late for the 2pm pickup. He nor the boat operator spoke any English so communication was limited. Not much explanation of anything to be honest. Just get on the boat and take off. Aside from the limited communication the boat operator was otherwise fine however. This was really a three island tour because we stopped at Railay for MAYBE five minutes and never got off the boat. Pointed Railay, take photo is basically what I was told and that was it, off to Chicken Island. Got a solid amount of time to snorkel there, then back on the boat to loop around to the other side of Tup to hop off for some beach time. Also had a good fruit platter set out on the boat. Got about 50 mins on the beach, then set out for Poda where I got about 40 mins there on the beach. Left Poda probably around 6:15pm or so as the sun was setting and had to stop to help tow another tour boat back with us that had some issues. Got back to the dock in Ao Nang a little after 7pm. Feel like I would have been better off just going the group tour route. The value for the money wasnt worth it because the added autonomy provided no extra benefit to my experience and didnt fully receive what was advertised.

We like Phi Phi very much! Boat captain local staff on the boat was very nice friendly. My sister is very bad swimmer, tour guide help her take care during all the tour. Unfortunately I dont remember his name, but it was boat with number 55. Want to tell him big Thanks from all our family for great time! Can Recommend for all island hoppers!

We had problems with pick up services for this tour. In the voucher was shown time from 8 am till 8:30 am. But we go for breakfast at 8 am and can see that some minivan come to hotel reception. We was right and this was out transfer to pier. But the problem was - we just start our breakfast and ask driver to wait us about 20 min. But he refuse and go out without us after 15 min. This was really very bad because we paid money for tour and for breakfast. Finally all was good, and another car picked up us, after we call to support line. Regarding the tour program - all was good and exactly what we expected!

Tour was very good organized! it was really, very hot day, and what a great surprise - there is big fridge on the boat, with cool water, and cola. all the drinks was unlimited and it was very very good. We liked the lunch... it was on the some restaurant on the main island Koh Phi Phi don. Thank you for great day!
