We had problems with pick up services for this tour. In the voucher was shown time from 8 am till 8:30 am. But we go for breakfast at 8 am and can see that some minivan come to hotel reception. We was right and this was out transfer to pier. But the problem was - we just start our breakfast and ask driver to wait us about 20 min. But he refuse and go out without us after 15 min. This was really very bad because we paid money for tour and for breakfast.
Finally all was good, and another car picked up us, after we call to support line.
Regarding the tour program - all was good and exactly what we expected!

Es war ein sehr schöner Tagesausflug mit Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Haben pro Person 30€ bezahlt. Die Tour ging sogar länger als angegeben. Package given by Viagotour was very nice. It was very fun. I have earlier also booked phi phi tour package but I must say this was awesome. Guide given by Viagotour was also very jolly and nice. Food was good and both veg and non veg food was available which was great thing. Enough time was given for snorkeling. At phi phi a little more time can be given but that was also ok. They have given jiuce coffee in morning then during the way they have also serve water and cold drinks. At phi phi lunch was served and then at other island fruits and cold drinks were served. At last I can at this price this tour was super awesome cool.

We like Phi Phi very much! Boat captain local staff on the boat was very nice friendly. My sister is very bad swimmer, tour guide help her take care during all the tour. Unfortunately I dont remember his name, but it was boat with number 55. Want to tell him big Thanks from all our family for great time! Can Recommend for all island hoppers! We like Chicken island and Pranang beach very much. Tourguide tell us interesting information and help with snorkling. Next time we go to Phi phi island with you.

Incialmente estávamos com receio de comprar o passeio, mas depois de verificar as avaliações acabamos fechando e foi a melhor coisa que poderíamos ter feito. Passeio super bem organizado, equipe muito atenciosa, preço excelente, lancha excelente. Amamos tudo. Melhor passeio que fizemos. Hong Island é um espetáculo! Super recomendado.
